Preparatory Month

The preparatory month for the hackathon lasts 30 days and serves as a crucial stage focused on

Virtual Workshops

A series of online workshops, led by experts in AI, modern technologies, and project management, will be held to help participants learn how to effectively apply AI in their projects, focusing on key sectors highlighted in the competition.

Expert Support and Guidance

Teams will have the chance to interact directly with specialized consultants and experts, receiving personalized guidance to help design and develop their projects based on real-world needs.

Idea Development and Evaluation

Each team will present their project idea at the start of the preparatory month. A specialized panel will assess the initial ideas and offer feedback for improvement, allowing teams to refine and enhance their concepts for the final competition.

Brainstorming Sessions

Regular brainstorming sessions will be conducted to encourage teams to think creatively and explore innovative technical solutions to real-world challenges within the relevant sectors.

Event Schedule

CCH-2025 is an annual hackathon where university students use AI to develop innovative solutions for five key sectors: Industry, Tourism, Healthcare, Education, and Investment. Registration runs from January 1 to February 1, 2025, with the final event on April 20, 2025. The hackathon includes workshops, mentorship, and a competition focused on AI-driven projects.

Registration Start

We invite your university to join "CCH-2025," an event focused on AI-driven projects that address challenges in sectors such as Industry, Healthcare, Education, and more. This hackathon gives students a platform to apply their skills in real-world, impactful ways.

Register before February 1, 2025 to secure your team's participation. Early registration ensures access to preparatory workshops and mentoring to guide your students in creating top-tier AI projects.

Throughout the preparatory month, teams will participate in virtual workshops focusing on AI technologies and project management. These sessions are designed to sharpen skills and enhance the practical application of AI in their projects.

The preparatory month concludes on March 15, 2025, ensuring that all teams are ready to compete with well-prepared, innovative AI-driven solutions. The phase includes guidance from experts to fine-tune project details.

In the elimination stage, teams will present their AI projects to be evaluated. Winners will receive prizes and continued support to bring their ideas to life, with cash prizes and opportunities to turn projects into startups.

On April 20, 2025, the final event will take place, where teams will present their AI projects. The winners will be announced, and discussions on AI’s role in key sectors will be held, focusing on its impact and future opportunities.
